MR. JAMES W. INGLESON, PE
Senior Power System Engineer

Mr. Ingleson has over forty years experience in electric utility businesses with areas of specialty in system operations, system protection, incident investigation, disturbance recording, and load-frequency control. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New York and Massachusetts has numerous professional memberships and licenses including Senior Membership in the IEEE, Past Chairmanship of both the NPCC Task Force on System Protection and the Transient Recorder Users’ Council, as well as membership to the NERC System Protection & Control Task Force. Mr. Ingleson has written numerous technical papers and participated in the August 14, 2003 blackout investigation.

MR. JOHN FERRARO, PE
Principal Protection Engineer

Mr. Ferraro is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Connecticut and Maine with more than forty(40) years of power plant operation and protection engineering experience involving electric utility facilities. Mr. Ferraro has served on the Northeast Power Coordinating Council’s (NPCC) Reliability Coordinating Committee as Northeast Utilities’ (NU) Transmission Owner representative and as a member of the Task Force on System Protection. John has additionally served as NU’s representative to the Power Engineering Society Protective Relaying Committee. He offers excellent oral and written communication skills and is proficient at project scheduling and project management techniques and tools.

MR. MICHAEL MALASPINA, PE
Senior Protection Engineer

Mr. Malaspina is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Connecticut and the State of Pennsylvania with more than thirty eight (38) years of protection and control engineering relative to utility transmission and distribution systems.
